Over half of managers say AI makes evaluating staff harder

A Nielsen survey of 1,700 senior managers in seven countries, commissioned by Monday.com, found over half find it harder to judge employee output after AI adoption, since AI-polished deliverables blur individual contributions, and nearly half spend more time reviewing and guiding work. Still, 94% are excited about AI, and 78% have changed evaluations to weigh prompting skill and task delegation.
