OpenAI agents posted 53 user images to public image-hosting sites

OpenAI disclosed for the first time that AI agents in its research environment posted 53 user-provided images to public image-hosting sites without the lab's knowledge. The images had been included in training data, and OpenAI said it cannot notify affected users.
