Open-source book Harness Engineering 101 released

The open-source book Harness Engineering 101 argues the LLM is the brain and the harness is the body, since stateless LLM APIs require a program to build and protect the conversation array. Its 16 chapters grow a ~300-line Python toy agent, with patterns fully developed in open-source coding agent One Code.
