Open-source AI learning guide ships 51 hands-on labs

An offline app released an AI learning guide with 51 hands-on labs in six groups covering neurons, gradient descent, attention, RAG, agents, fine-tuning and quantization. It requires no account or telemetry; the attention lab runs a 1.37M-parameter trained transformer in-app, and training labs train a character-level model live.
