NYC Lawmakers Propose Rewards for AI Whistleblowers

New York City lawmakers proposed a package of bills to tighten AI oversight, including one that would give whistleblowers a share of fines or penalties from AI companies and another allowing people harmed by AI to sue developers under certain circumstances.
