NVIDIA cuDSS reaches general availability for simulations

NVIDIA's cuDSS CUDA-X library is now generally available, moving large sparse solves in engineering and scientific simulations onto GPUs. Applied Materials reports up to 10x faster sparse solves, Dassault Systèmes cites 8-10x speedups in Abaqus, and ZEISS SMT measured a 4x gain in an EUV lithography simulation benchmark.
