North Dakota report lists AI among top security threats

North Dakota's Emergency Response Services Committee reviewed a report listing AI among top security threats to the state, alongside foreign land ownership and cyberattacks. A Homeland Security official warned adversaries can use AI to efficiently find system vulnerabilities without needing advanced skills, and said the situation may worsen.
