New York, Pennsylvania regulate AI in ads

New York and Pennsylvania both passed laws regulating AI in advertising over the past year. New York requires disclosure of deepfakes in ads; Pennsylvania's SB 806, signed October 22 and effective in 60 days, requires disclosure when AI creates a false impression of products.
