Minotaur shows AI-style reasoning without an LLM or GPU

Minotaur AI described an architecture built on ELC that reasons by measuring rather than predicting, using no language model or GPU, at about a quarter-second per question on one processor core. On blind tests, including a police interview where questions alter a witness's memory, it matched a current language model.
