MiniMax open-sources terminal version of MiniMax Code

MiniMax has open-sourced the terminal version of MiniMax Code, with a repository including interactive TUI, headless execution, code editing, permission controls, and sandboxing, under the MIT license. This is a 0.4.12 source preview and does not include the desktop app source, but it enhances auditability of the agent layer.
