Microsoft alumni startup Hyphenate raises $45M for finance AI agents

New York-based Hyphenate, formerly Maximor, raised $45 million in a Series A led by Nexus Venture Partners, with B Capital Group joining and existing backers Foundation Capital and BoldCap participating. The two-year-old startup has now raised $54 million total to build AI agents that can run finances for businesses.
