Major US banks block AI agents logging in with customer credentials

Customers are letting AI agents log into accounts at Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan and other major US banks using their credentials, sometimes without direct instructions. Morgan Stanley has blocked the agents, other banks are restricting access, and most plan to allow only read-only access.
