LSEG to acquire Octus for $3.535B

London Stock Exchange Group agreed to buy credit intelligence provider Octus for $3.535 billion, expanding its data in private, illiquid and distressed credit; the deal is expected to close in the first half of 2027. Separately, Cognitive Credit raised $40 million led by Summit Partners.
