IonQ to buy Elisity for up to $1.3B in all-stock deal

Quantum computing firm IonQ agreed to acquire Elisity for as much as $1.3 billion in an all-stock deal, expanding its cybersecurity platform against AI-assisted and emerging quantum threats.
