Google open sources Harness2 for self-improving AI agents

Google released Harness2 as open source, letting agents refine their own harness — prompts, tools, memory — per task and pick better candidates without graders. In tests, even one round of edits beat original harnesses on Gemini 3.5 Flash and GLM-5, with weights unchanged.
