Florida Bar seeks comments on proposed AI ethics opinion

The Florida Bar is seeking member comments on a proposed ethics opinion on AI tool use, potentially covering lawyers' use of agentic AI, AI transcription of communications, and client guidance, and updating Ethics Opinion 24-1. Comments are due by December 1.
