Fault localization in simulated analog crossbars: sparse-recovery decoder cuts reads
A research paper shows in simulation that a sparse-recovery decoder localizes up to 64 stuck cells in a 256x256 analog tile with only 4 to 12 counted reads at 1% read noise, versus 256 reads for reading every cell. The paper also reports that several pre-registered claims failed.
