Croatia unveils €932 million national AI development plan

Croatia presented a national AI development plan through 2032 with €932.1 million in planned investment; the first action plan to 2028 gets €382.1 million across 33 measures. The initial phase aims to train 7,000 citizens, 10,000 teachers and 5,000 public servants, allocates €139 million to computing and data infrastructure, and includes Croatian-language AI solutions such as a large language model.
