Claude status: elevated errors across models

Anthropic's status page reported elevated errors on Claude Mythos 5.1, Fable 5.1 and Opus 5, affecting claude.ai, the API, Claude Code and Claude Cowork. Mythos and Fable requests have returned to normal while Opus 5 is still being fixed.
