OpenAI upgraded ChatGPT's Chrome extension so that, when Chrome is tagged in the web or desktop app, ChatGPT can view the user's open browser tabs and act on them, such as comparing shopping pages. The move extends OpenAI's computer-use push after its Atlas browser.
