Chaos Computer Club opens call for 40C3

The Chaos Computer Club announced 40C3 will take place Dec 27–30, 2026 in Hamburg and opened its call for participation under the theme “Model Citizens.” The noncommercial congress invites volunteers and the public to contribute talks, art, and programs, emphasizing technology, society, and civil liberties.
