Anthropic plans $3.5bn share sale to Japanese investors ahead of US IPO

A regulatory filing shows Anthropic plans to sell up to 552.9 billion yen (about $3.5 billion) of shares to Japanese investors ahead of its US listing, with proceeds for working capital, operating expenses and capex.
