Andreessen Horowitz backs Jev maker at $7.5 billion value

TypeSafe AI, maker of the Jev model, raised about $870 million in a round led by Andreessen Horowitz at a $7.5 billion valuation. Jev went viral weeks after launch, surpassed one million users in days, and is now used by about a third of Fortune 500 companies, the startup said.
