Amazon adds 100+ shopping features to Alexa

Ahead of the holidays, Amazon added over 100 shopping capabilities to Alexa, including list and subscription management, editing delivery instructions, and answering Prime billing questions. Amazon says agentic-feature usage has grown 8x this year, and 400M+ consumers used Alexa for shopping in the past 12 months.
