AI-designed drug rentosertib shows anti-aging markers in trial

A Nature Biotechnology study reports that rentosertib, an AI‑designed drug by Insilico Medicine, may reverse markers of biological aging. Six independent aging clocks predicted treated patients were up to about six years biologically younger than the placebo group; the trial covered 42 patients and the drug has not been tested in healthy people.
