AI chatbots favor Walmart, may boost its business

A Gartner survey found about 34% of U.S. consumers would use AI for holiday gift recommendations, and UBS research shows Walmart is often chatbots' default answer for everyday consumption. The trend could boost Walmart, whose stock is up only about 2% this year.
