Affle to acquire Perion for about $420M

Israeli AI digital-advertising firm Perion signed a binding merger deal to be acquired by Affle at $11.70 per share in cash, valuing it at about $420 million—a 34.5% premium to its Oct. 30, 2026 close. Expected to close in early 2027 pending approvals, the deal includes a 40-day go-shop through Dec. 11; Perion will keep its brand, become a wholly owned Affle subsidiary and delist from Nasdaq and TASE.
