Accor Launches ALL Concierge AI Platform

Accor launched ALL Concierge, a conversational AI platform that recommends hotels, provides property information, connects to booking systems, and handles in-stay requests. A pilot starting July 2025 included over 1 million guest conversations. The platform currently supports 11 languages, with plans to expand by end-2026. Accor also deployed The Butler AI tool for hotel staff.
