SoL-Pi: Four efficiency extensions for Pi

NVIDIA released SoL‑Pi, a standalone, opt‑in extension for Pi that adds four mechanisms (Action Fusion, ObservationPack, Evidence‑Preserving Reducer, Online Context Compact) to cut repeated model turns, context replay, oversized observations, and long‑log reads, lowering token and inference cost while preserving evidence.
