Florida Board to review AI rules for colleges

Florida's State Board of Education will review a proposed rule requiring each Florida College System institution to adopt AI-use policies that comply with laws, ban students from using AI for graded work unless instructors permit it, and notify parents when minors directly use AI instructional tools.
