AI-native healthcare benefits platform Angle Health raised $600M in equity financing at a $2.7B valuation, more than doubling its December Series B valuation. The round comprises a $200M Series C and a $400M tender offer, led by Vitruvian Partners. It serves over 5,000 employers across 47 states.
